Chef Sergei Didenko is a very experienced chef with over 11 years of experience in the culinary world. He specializes in Middle Eastern and European cuisine. He has a wealth of knowledge he obtained throughout his career being employed by fine dining restaurants and his education at Red River College. From humble beginnings, striving as a line cook determined to run his own restaurant one day he has finally arrived at Piazza De Nardi. Sergei loves to teach and will have everyone cooking like a rock star and plating like a masterpiece. Didenko demonstrates great leadership qualities sharing his knowledge and work ethic with his staff. He has been involved with the Jewish Community Center for 7 years hosting educational events, has achieved awards at Folklorama, and has hosted cooking lessons for Rady JCC for over 4 years.
